Marco (Flavio Parenti) is a 35 year-old ex-chef who has given up his career and any sense of hope to return to Udine in Northern Italy to nurse his ailing father. 故事发生在名为青鞜三之宫学院的学校里，这是一所校风非常严谨的学校，崇尚男卑女尊的风气，在学校里，所有的苦活累活都是男生做的，女生天生就站在食物链的顶端。不仅如此，学校里亦拒绝聘用男教师。 天和响（岸祐二 配音）是刚刚从大学毕业的热血青年，鼓足了劲想要在教育界大展拳脚。为了付清房租，天和响必须在三之宫学院找到一份工作，在房东老太太的建议之下，他决定男扮女装，潜入学校之中。最终，天和响顺利的得到了体育老师的工作，但这只是一切的开始，等待着他的，除了无尽的问题和挑战外，还有对他虎视眈眈的校长。
