After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster half-shark half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage. 上海国家医药厂新出产一种新药，并派代表翁雄（翁世杰 饰）来港寻找代理商，陈氏及黄氏两大公司为争取独家代理权，莫不极尽巴结之能事讨好翁雄；其中陈氏公司的曹军（曹查理 饰）更掌握到翁雄性好渔色的弱点，带着翁雄走访全港的艳窟与绿灯户，不但让他饱尝美色，更得到至高无上的乐趣。 曹军带翁雄在夜总会认识了玛利（陈颖芝 饰）、阿莲（村上丽奈 饰）、梦露（顾杰 饰）三名美女，翁雄对三女一见如故；因翁雄留港的签证有七天，为了摆脱黄氏的纠缠，陈氏特别安排曹军陪翁雄及一干美女坐游艇出海耍玩，二男三女在碧海蓝天下悠游自在，快乐得不得了。 但船却意外出了故障，他们又将何去何从呢？
